Located on the North Coast of Jamaica, surrounded by beautiful flora, rich in history and local culture, Columbus Cove occupies a premier location on the island, and has retained an untarnished, genuine natural charm.
Drax Hall Utilities is a fast-growing water and sewage service provider in the Drax Hall area. Currently expanding to accommodate this growing cosmopolitan they currently service 3 residential communities and commercial complexes.
Drax Hall has been part of common history in the Caribbean islands. Once part of a bigger Estate owned by William Drax who also owned Drax Hall, in Barbados. Drax Hall, St Ann Jamaica had been heavily involved in agriculture and production, from sugar cane, to pimento and even soap.
We are fortunate to have a few historical sites left on the property, our most prominent being our waterwheel which is suggested to be the largest on the island. Although it is not available to the public we are actively seeking contributions and advice to be able to restore it to a viewable standard.

Each unit is designed as our original ‘Siesta’ at 1387.35 sq ft on 5000sq ft lot. This community comes with a community gazebo, pool & playground area.
