Fairway Estate is a 20-acre gated development situated in Drax Hall Estate, the centre of the North Coast of Jamaica, known for its popularity with tourists. This project started in February 2021 and is expected to complete in February 2024. The private gated community has 103 units, consisting of 2 different designs.
Both the Terrace’ and the ‘Siesta’ are 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom properties but configured differently, with the Terrace boasting a larger footprint and a larger lot size. The community features a central recreational area with a gym, pool, children’s playground, tennis court and clubhouse for entertaining guests.
Future Projects
Our next project is due to begin 2024. This will be on the hill side of Drax Hall with sea views. We will be building the infrastructure for a gated community with a mixture of 0.45acres lots and 2 -3 bedroom houses within its own complex. More information coming soon.
